In addition to the A La Carte menu, the Auberge offers four fixed-price menus.
For summer 2019 the prices are set at 28 € and 35 €, not to mention the daily menu served during the week at
17 € for two courses and 21€ for three courses.
All these menus with a minimum of three dishes are preceded by canapés and fresh homemade bread.
All the fresh products used are delivered daily by our local suppliers as well as the fish that comes from the tide Sablaise.
